This is an arcade racing game set in an Italian hill town, and it has a slightly chaotic feel. You're not just racing against other drivers. You're also weaving through civilian cars and trying to shake off police patrols that spawn when you cause too much trouble. The road network is tight and windy, so you'll have to brake into corners more often than you'd expect. Collecting coins is the main loop. They're scattered on the streets and add up between runs. After each race you can spend them on new cars or visual upgrades. There are also pickups that give you a temporary boost, like a speed surge or a shield. If you really want to, you can smash into things to cause explosions, and that seems to speed up the process of unlocking the better vehicles. The handling is arcadey, with a lot of grip and a forgiving drift, so it's easy to pick up. It gets interesting when a patrol car latches onto your tail and you have to use the traffic to shake it off. Probably best for players who like casual racing games with a bit of vandalism.
